Tasmania’s coastline is cetacean rich, we’ve encountered many species of whales and dolphins on our tours. The most regular whale species that occurs in Tasmanian waters is the Humpback Whale. Humpback Whales migrate past our coastline between the end of May and the end of June & between October and December. This is the best time of the year for whale watching in Tasmania (however, sightings cannot be guaranteed)!
